Exponea’s exponential growth within Elizabeth House, Waterloo

We are delighted to have worked with Exponea to create a new dedicated workspace for its UK operations on the second floor of Elizabeth House in Waterloo. The company, Exponea,  an  AI  experience  cloud  which  empowers  online  retailers, was already taking advantage of the plug & play offering on the building’s fourth floor – a fully fitted out space with communal collaboration and meeting spaces designed to provide flexible office accommodation for growing businesses. Its move to this self-contained space reflects how HB Reavis can respond quickly and adapt to the changing needs for our clients.   

This work with companies like Exponea is part of our short-term plans to activate Elizabeth House, in advance of our longer–term plans to redevelop the site.
