We have acquired a new approximately 2,100 sqm plot in a prime location in Berlin. The site enjoys perfect public transport connectivity as it is located directly on U bahn and S Bahn station Jannowitzbrücke, and is very close to Alexanderplatz.

The project in Berlin-Mitte has been acquired from UBM Development and CESA GROUP, allowing the mixed use development of an approximately 20,000 sqm leasable area.

The acquisition of this site in a core Berlin location follows the completed and fully leased DSTRCT.Berlin, and the recently launched PLTFRM.Berlin which is located in the Mediaspree submarket with a leasable area of around 27,000 sqm.
