Our flagship development, Worship Square, is a bold step forward in sustainable real estate – designed and delivered to be net zero in both construction and operation, with results that speak for themselves:

✅ Embodied carbon (A1–A5): 480 kgCO₂e/m²
✅ Operational energy use target: 52 kWh/m²/year – outperforming UKGBC’s 2030-2035 target for offices
✅ Achieved BREEAM Outstanding, EPC ‘A’, SmartScore and WiredScore Platinum, as well as targeting WELL Platinum and NABERS 5.5*
✅ Tenant fitouts aligned with HB Reavis’ Sustainable Fitout Guide

Our latest project in Bratislava has just been awarded for its outstanding wellbeing, health, and safety standards by the WELL Building Institute:

🏅WELL Standard Shell and Core Certification at the highest possible level – Platinum
🏅WELL Health-Safety Rating, demonstrating our spaces uphold exceptional health and safety standards

It’s a huge accomplishment proving that our long-term vision to deliver spaces which are not only sustainable but designed around people’s needs is being recognised.
